Recipe – Vegan Bounty Bars

We highly recommend these lush Vegan Bounty Bars! Just the perfect substitute for the real thing!

Filling – 

1 Cup Coconut Milk
1/4 Cup Caster Sugar (adapted from Natvia Sweetener)
3 tbsp Coconut Oil
2 Cups Coconut (desiccated)
A Pinch of Salt

Coating – 

100g Vegan ‘Milk’ Chocolate
50g Vegan Dark Chocolate

Topping (optional) – 

50g Vegan White Chocolate (melted and drizzled over)
Nakd Coconut Bliss – Fruit & Nut Nibbles (Vegan)
